The Project Management division is responsible for all project and construction management within the Group and administers the execution of the group's real estate development activities. With a strong belief in quality, SPA Project Management undertook the development of Pun Hlaing Golf Estate, a premier golf course development project in Myanmar, which was subsequently crowned the title "The Pride of Myanmar".

The PM Development division takes on the role of a developer for certain projects within PHGE and is committed to adding value on land or properties in niche markets. Its services range from overall design to construction, interior setup and the final selling back to the market. The division leverages on the capabilities of its fellow divisions and has an unparalleled competitive advantage in the market. It developed certain projects intended for specialised niche markets, like the Lakeview Apartments and Ivory Court Residences.
