Myanmar Nissan Co. Ltd. is a three-party SPA joint-venture with Japan's no. 2 vehicle manufacturer, Nissan Corporation and the giant Sumitomo Corporation. The sales and services operations were officially launched in July 1996.

SPA Motors was formed in 1999 and it main function is to provide managerial and operational duties for SPA Motorcycles Ltd. and Myanmar Nissan Co. Ltd.

Myanmar Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd.
Myanmar Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. (MSMC) is a joint venture between Japan Suzuki Motor Corporation, Myanmar Automobile & Diesel Industries, Tomen Corporation and SPA Group. MSMC owns a complete-knock-down assembly plant in Yangon which manufactures Suzuki motor vehicles and motorcycles for the Myanmar market.
