Since the Groups 8 June 2010 announcement of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement (SCA) entered into with Dongfeng Automobile Company of China (DFAC) to market and distribute Dongfeng Light Trucks in Myanmar, the necessary preparations in accordance with the terms of the SCA have commenced, including the importation and sale of Dongfeng Light Trucks. The Group is optimistic about the potential of the market and the prospects for its venture in the automobile business. Moving forward, the Group will be looking into setting up facilities to support the sales, spare parts and after-sales service for the distribution of Dong Feng Light Trucks as well as to accelerate the plan for the assembly and manufacturing of trucks in Myanmar in the future.
