FMI Garden Development's major project is FMI City, a master planned middle class residential community situated in the Hlaing Thayar district. This 500 acre development is considered the model housing project in the city of Yangon. The total number of households in this project will be over 2,000 units when all phases are completed. This project is a joint venture between FMI Co. Ltd. and Yangon Land Ltd.
Pun Hlaing Landscaping Services Ltd.
Pun Hlaing Landscaping originated from two former SPA divisions which specialized in landscape design, procurement, planting and garden maintenance services. Major projects undertaken include several public parks and gardens under the purview of the Ministry of Construction. Pun Hlaing Landscaping also provides regular garden maintenance for private residences as well as commercial offices.
